We offer accommodation website development for customers around the world. Therfore, we have server hardware availability globally. In some cases, as in the United States, we have server availability in multiple US regions. Some companies host there customer websites from on central location, which can result in a slower response time (slowing your website loading for customers). Not a particularly good image for a business. Some companies promote their use of a CDN service in this situation, however, many CDN services still have to grab some of your website files from your server. Just like your customer, the further the CDN has to go and get your website files, the longer it takes to load.
From the time we receive everything from you (text, images, etc) 2-3 weeks (often much less) to have your website ready for review. Once you approve, another day or so for it to be live.
